Suppressing effect on sloshing with two perforated floating plates was studied.
Three different solidity ratios of perforated plates have been considered.
The run-up and impact pressure along the bulkhead were carefully examined.
Comparison of the clean tank shows that the three types of perforated plates are all effective on mitigating sloshing.
